Dynamic Classes
Dynamic classes are our fiery and most athletic classes but still covering all the wonderful principles of Pilates. This class incorporates more dynamic standing work, advanced exercises and some added heart rate rising elements. You’ll have moments of work followed by moments of reset. Work your entire body with this more advanced conditioning style class, if you like a challenge then this one's for you.

  • Advanced Core Moves

    Get your Core Muscles positively engaged with these Advanced Exercises that require you to keep each part of your body controlled (or other relaxed). Press play and see you on the mat! 🙂

  • Arms & Shoulder Class

    30 minutes, warming up your tricep, bicep, shoulder joints- and scapulars… take it as you need, and especially if you’d like to release some tension in shoulder or neck area. Enjoy! 🙂

  • Pilates Evening Flow

    A pilates practice which is especially designed to finish your day up gentle and at ease. Letting everything behind that is not serving and only collecting resources that will deepen your sleep so that you start fresh tomorrow!

  • Mind your back

  • Core & Back Care

    Get ready for a 40 minutes Pilates Flow, with nothing more than your own body weight. We slowly build it up, from rather basic exercises to explore variations in ambitious movements, all based on Pilates principles.
