This is a classic but very effective Pilates abs routine, really pay attention to the details and the precision of movement; the curl up or chest lift is a technical exercise but comes up a lot throughout all our Pilates routines together so hope you enjoy this one and we sure do FEEL the summer vibes from the Tuscany! Day 7: Arms & Shoulders with Loop Band
15 Minutes to tackle shoulders and arms. All you need is your self, a loop band (or resistance band) and possibly a blanket (for some extra padding). See you on the mat 🙂
