Day 7: Arms & Shoulders with Loop Band
15 Minutes to tackle shoulders and arms. All you need is your self, a loop band (or resistance band) and possibly a blanket (for some extra padding). See you on the mat ๐

Youโre craving for some extra space, for a few movement to feel good, but donโt want to over-exhaust yourself? Then this is your practice. Enjoy this 15-20 minutes practice โ easy peasy :))
