You don’t have a ball? You can also use a pillow, a yoga block or large books. Get aware, get conscious of your movements and feel the difference. We tend to rush through our practices once it gets hectic in our daily routines. This session allows you to take a step back & release, resolve, let go of any tension that is not serving! See you on the mat!
