Here are the 5 steps once more:
STEP 1: Assessing your standing posture.
Find an environment with a neutral background. Use a tripod or anything else to position your phone & set it on video (30frames per second is enough) and record yourself in
frontal front
frontal backside
side standing each direction
STEP 2: Walking Analysis
Record yourself walking up and down the road, without much in your way (maybe even go outside).
→ go up and down for at least 5 steps & return
→ repeat 2x
STEP 3: Fitness Test
Go through the exercises you see in the next Video lesson (”Fitness Test”) & record yourself whilst performing.
Unlike all other videos you know from our video library, in this one I will only demonstrate the movement, without further instructions, so that I can see how you’d naturally perform this exercise.
STEP 4: Track it down
Go back to your recordings & take the “Fitness Analysis Sheet” on hand. What can you notice/ see? Be honest to yourself & mark it down on your sheet. This will be your backbone for the next analysis – so that you can track your progress.
STEP 5: Your Introduction
Record a 1 minute video in which you explain
How you felt after the movements, if there were exercises rather challenging or even painful or if you had a favorite one
What your injury/ movement background is
Why are you part of TTS & what’s you main goal to achieve?
